Tim Boyce-Hobson is a film and media composer as well as a highly skilled multi -instrumentalist from the UK. Beginning his musical education at the age of 3, Tim has honed the skills necessary for the fast-paced, deadline-driven work of music production to brief, as well being fluent in a highly diverse range of genres. Specialising in creating music for moving image, Tim supervises the entire creative process from start to finish, including composition, production, recording, mixing, and mastering, ensuring the directors vision is realised in a seamless integration of music and visuals.

With parents in TV production, he grew up in the cutting room environment. His studies in film theory have further enriched his understanding of music’s function in moving image and cinema, allowing him to intricately weave sonic narratives that complement and enhance visual storytelling. This unique blend of musical expertise and film equips Tim with a holistic approach to composition, capturing the essence of each scene with precision and awareness.
